Negative Energy Facility is the place in Starland where Bad Wish Orbs are sent to.
Description[]
The Negative Energy Facility, which has been constructed in a remote place, receives the bad wish orbs as soon as they arrive in Starland. The people of the land are unwilling to take the chance of granting this wish and unleashing its terrible force. If these wishes were granted in some way, Starland might be destroyed by the combined negative energy!
Of course, there is always the possibility that negative wishes will eventually become good ones, but this rarely occurs. So when it does, a tremendous number of positive energy is unleashed.

- Lady Rancora now considers the Negative Energy Facility to be her second home after being ejected from Starling Academy by Lady Astrid due to her careless behaviour with a Bad Wish Orb and Negative Wish Energy.
