Lady Cordial is a tritagonist in the Star Darlings animated and book series. She first appears in the episode The Power of Twelve and is voiced by April Stewart.
As the head of admissions, Cordial acts as Lady Stella's second-in-command and assists the girls on their Wish Missions. In the books, she tends to stutter on words beginning with "s." In Gemma and the Ultimate Standoff, and The Power of Twelve it is revealed that she was actually Lady Rancora in disguise.

History[]
The head of admissions at Starling Academy. When she was first hired, many wondered what Lady Stella saw in her. The new staff member wasn't at all interested in making friends with the the rest of the faculty. There just seemed to be something off-kilter about her.
But as time went on, Lady Cordial proved to be a star at her job. The admissions office was running more efficiently than ever and parent complaints were way down. After that, the faculty and staff put their concerns aside and just tried to stay out of her way.
Appearance[]
Lady Cordial is a short, squat woman with purple hair and eyes. She has a light complexion and has her hair tied into a bun with a dark purple ribbon. She wears a jacket along with a belt, a skirt, sheer socks and a pair of heels.
Personality[]
Lady Cordial acts as a nice, friendly, and sweet lady. When around the Star Darlings, she tends to be a bit clumsy. However, her true personality is cruel, power hungry and vengeful after being exposed to Negative Wish Energy in her youth.

Starling Physiology[]
Being a Starling, Lady Cordial possesses all of the natural traits that the species has.
- Negative Wish Energy - Lady Cordial harnesses negative wish energy rather than positive wish energy for most of her abilities.
- Energy Blasts - As displayed in The Power of Twelve, wish energy can be used to fire streams, bursts, orbs, and waves of offensive power against opponents.
- Extended Lifespan - In Scarlet Discovers True Strength, it’s confirmed that Starlings can live for thousands of years, as Mira’s grandmother is over thousands of years old. Before that, in Leona's Unlucky Mission it was hinted that a few decades wasn’t too long in comparison to Starling lifespans. However, they do not have eternal youth, as Professor Elara Ursa is stated to be among one of the oldest wish granters and has clearly aged in a similar manner to a wishling elder.
- Disease Immunity - In Scarlet Discovers True Strength, it states that the wish energy surrounding Starlings keeps them from contracting illnesses.
- Superhuman Knowledge - In Leona's Unlucky Mission, Starlings are shown to be nigh-perfect at mathematics from birth. Astra's Mixed-Up Mission also implies that Starlings are the same way towards towards literature and similar subjects such as language and grammar.

- In The Lost Pendant, "Cordial" means "hearty".
- In the books, it is shown that Lady Cordial often stutters.
